3.2. Pricing: Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices are valid for purchases made through our Site only.

3.3. Availability: While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

5.1. Shipping Methods: We provide various shipping options for our products. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. All orders within the United States ship free of charge.

5.2. Delivery Times: While we strive for timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically within 3-5 business days after shipping.

5.3. International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.

5.4. Tracking: After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5.5. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

6.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, email support@astrohuge.com with your order number and return reason. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

6.3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected, and will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6.4. Refund Exceptions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

6.5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@astrohuge.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a return or replacement at our expense.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Ownership: All content on the Site is the property of Astro Huge LLC or its licensors, protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
